Anti Binder Joke Popups

Many software programs insert themselves into the Windows StartUp areas (registry locations or the Startup folder). Each time you start your computer, these programs get started and then show icons in your system tray or perform other background tasks. They take up valuable memory and processing time, slowing down your computer and increasing your computer's start time. Many of these programs are useless and annoying.
